Vincent M. Wills
Position: Partner

Vincent Wills has been a partner in the firm since 2001, after joining Dragga & Callahan in 1996. Mr. Wills initially practiced in Baltimore, Maryland, focusing in the areas of general civil litigation and family law beginning in 1991. Since 1996, his practice has concentrated primarily on family law, and particularly on complex litigation and appellate matters.

Vince is an active member of the Maryland State Bar Association Family and Juvenile Law Section Council. He is a former Co-Chair of the Family Law Section of the Montgomery County Bar Association. He has been a frequent lecturer for the Maryland Institute for Continuing Professional Education of Lawyers and the Montgomery County Bar Association. He has co-authored numerous published articles and training materials on topics in family law. He coaches his local high school’s mock trial team.

In December 2007, February 2009, and December 2009, Mr. Wills was named as one of the top lawyers in family law by the Washingtonian Magazine. In 2010, as in the past several years, Super Lawyers named him in the Top 100 attorneys for Maryland and the Washington Metropolitan area.

Vince is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park (B.S. 1981). Following graduation, he served on active duty for four years in the United States Air Force, achieving the rank of captain. His service included a three-year assignment in the former West Germany. Mr. Wills earned a master’s degree in business administration from Boston University while serving in the military, and in 1991 he obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Baltimore (cum laude).
