Rockville Metro Plaza I and Rockville Metro Plaza II are identical buildings diagonally across the street from the Rockville Metro Station (Red Line).  DHW is located in Rockville Metro Plaza I (11th floor), the building on the right as you approach from Rockville Pike.

Driving Directions

Please note, most GPS systems will bring you to our building, but not to our parking garage entrances. Please refer to the directions below to make sure you park in the correct garage.  

From North (Gaithersburg, Germantown, Frederick) via highway

  • South on I-270 (local lanes)
  • Take Exit 5, Falls Road, toward Rockville Town Center
  • Proceed through the first stop light. Falls Road becomes Maryland Avenue.
  • Get in the left lane as the road forks to stay on Maryland Avenue.
  • Continue on Maryland, through Rockville Town Square until the street ends. Take a right onto Beall Avenue.
  • Make the next right at the light, onto Rt. 355 (Rockville Pike/Hungerford Drive).
  • Drive past the first parking garage** and take the second right into the parking lot under our building.
  • If you reach the next traffic light at E. Middle Lane, you can also enter our parking garage by making the right on E. Middle Lane, then making your first right turn into the side entrance.

From South/beltway via highway

  • North on I-270 (local lanes).
  • Take Exit 5, Falls Road, toward Rockville Town Center.
  • Proceed through the first stop light. Falls Road becomes Maryland Avenue.
  • Get in the left lane to stay on Maryland Avenue until it ends. Turn right onto Beall Avenue.
  • Make the next right at the light, onto Rt. 355 (Rockville Pike/Hungerford Drive)
  • Drive past the first parking garage** and take the second right into the parking lot under our building.
  • If you reach the next traffic light at E. Middle Lane, you can also enter our parking garage by making the right on E. Middle Lane, then making your first right turn into the side entrance.

From North via Rt. 355 (Hungerford Drive)

  • Continue on Rt. 355 South.
  • After you drive past Beall Avenue (CVS on corner), drive past the first parking garage** and take the second right into the parking lot under our building.
  • If you reach the next traffic light at E. Middle Lane, you can also enter our parking garage by making the right on E. Middle Lane, then making your first right turn into the side entrance.

From South via Rt. 355 (Rockville Pike)

  • Continue on Rt. 355 North.
  • After you drive past Rockville Metro Station on your right, get into the far left lane and make a U-turn at next light which is Beall Avenue (CVS on corner).
  • Immediately move into right lane. Drive past the first parking garage** and take the second right into the parking lot under our building.
  • If you reach the next traffic light at E. Middle Lane, you can also enter our parking garage by making the right on E. Middle Lane, then making your first right turn into the side entrance.

**The first parking garage has GREEN signage and paint. The GREEN parking garage is for Rockville Town Center.**

Please note: Rockville Pike changes names to Hungerford Drive on our block. 

Parking

Parking for Rockville Metro Plaza I is under the building.  Only credit card payments are accepted for parking.

Handicap/Wheelchair Access: Handicap parking spaces are available in the interior parking lot and at each level of the covered parking garage, with the exception of P5, which is stair access only. If you require wheelchair access, we would suggest parking in the parking garage at the lobby level. The building elevator is accessible from the top of the wheelchair ramp on the lobby level of the parking garage.
